Diary of an Operation Red Nose Mascot

I am Rudy, the Operation Red Nose Mascot and this is a little peek into my world. Each year around the start of November, Operation Red Nose kicks into gear to help keep the streets of Nanaimo safe from impaired drivers. I am there front and center for the entire event, and this year I'd like you to come along with me.

Special Thanks


Post-Parade we went up to the Island Freightliner Truck Sales Show and Glow to get a closer look at all the lights. The decorations on our little PacificSport Kia looked very unimpressive next to those trucks! Island Freightliner, Sales Coordinator, Karen Pierce was on hand with her family to make a donation to the Red Nose cause. On behalf of all of us at Operation Red Nose, I'd like to say a special Thank You to Island Freightliner for their generosity. Here I am with Karen and her daughters in front of the Island Freightliner truck.
